Training

At Gulf States Automation, we believe that a well-trained user maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of your investment in our state-of- the- art energy management systems. We are proud to offer a variety of training opportunities from regular instructional courses at our facility to customized on-site programs at a location of your choosing. Training courses can be created for specific projects for your system operators and engineering staff.

Utilizing either general WebCTRL User Manuals or your specific systems setup and hands-on computer workstations, the curriculum may include, but is not limited to, any of the following:

  • Introduction to WebCTRL system navigation
  • Establishing setpoints
  • Creating, modifying, and deleting schedules
  • Generating trend graphs and reports
  • Managing alarms
  • Establishing/modifying operator privileges

CustomerCare Maintenance Agreements

To ensure that your facility is properly supported, Gulf States Automation offers individualized and customized CustomerCare programs tailored to fit the specific needs of your facility’s BAS/DDC system. Our service programs include all preventative and/or scheduled system performance calibrations as well as software maintenance. Our comprehensive programs include: all-inclusive support; preventive support; calibration and retro-commissioning. 

Your program can be a customized program to include the following specific items:

  • Telephone support
  • Preventative maintenance inspections
  • ALC parts pricing
  • Time & material rates
  • Labor for onsite repair service
  • Priority onsite response
  • Software upgrade
  • Operator training
  • Calibration, certification, and testing
  • Retro-commissioning
